Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. We may cancel and fully refund any order if an item is unavailable, mispriced, or the order looks fraudulent.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the site for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful.
• Do not try to break, overload, scrape, or get unauthorized access to the site or its systems.
• Do not resell products in a way that misrepresents your relationship with us.
• Keep your account details private. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Products and product liability

Products are made by third-party manufacturers and shipped by our fulfillment partners. Use every product only as intended and follow its included instructions and warnings. Product descriptions and images are as accurate as we can make them, but colors and small details may vary.

Except as stated in our Refund Policy and to the extent the law allows, products are provided "as is" and we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Any warranty the manufacturer offers stays with the manufacturer. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that cannot be waived.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, The Home Supply Store LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Dispute resolution

If you have a problem, please email support@thehomesupplystore.com first — most issues are solved quickly. If we cannot resolve it within 30 days, either party may bring a claim in small claims court or in the state or federal courts located in Florida. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
